Matt Antonosanti
President and Production Manager
Matt Antonosanti has been with Alliance Equipment Company, Inc. for over twenty-five (25) years. Following in his mother’s footsteps, he has dedicated his career to the industry and is one of the most valuable knowledge resources on staff. Matt is co-owner of Alliance Equipment Company, Inc. and is currently serving as the company’s President.
Matt is a Certified Composite Technician. He earned his CCT from the American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA). He has a true passion for working in the aerial industry at Alliance Equipment Company, Inc. His favorite part about working for the company is the opportunity to create custom aerial solutions for customers. He also thoroughly enjoys refurbishment projects that allow him to restore life to dilapidated buckets. Customers are always astonished at his abilities to offer existing buckets a second life.
When not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife stay quite busy with their two sons and their various activities. He can frequently be found in the garage teaching his sons how to work on their cage karts or at the race track cheering them on at events.
Patty Antonosanti
Vice President and Treasurer
Patty Antonosanti has worked at Alliance Equipment Company, Inc. for more than thirty-three (33) years. She started with the company while attending Stark State Technical College and Kent State University. Patty purchased Alliance Equipment Company, Inc. from the founders in 2008. She is now co-owner of the company and currently serves as the Vice President.
Having been with Alliance Equipment Company, Inc. for more than three decades Patty has invaluable insight and a thorough understanding of the entire company. She has demonstrated her skills and knowledge by continually growing the company and improving varying company processes. Passionately customer focused; she is always eager to solve any customer inquiry quickly and efficiently.. Having dedicated her entire career to the company she is truly an industry expert with unparalleled knowledge.
When not at work, she can be found relaxing with a good book. As an avid reader she especially loves to read mystery novels. Patty also enjoys spending time with her family, including her two (2) sons and three (3) grandchildren.
